The €4 million refurbishment of the A and B wing at Mountjoy Prison by Glenbeigh Construction consisted of the complete overhaul of the mechanical and electrical services and the provision of in-cell sanitary facilities.
Maurice Johnson & Partners provided a full fire safety consultancy service, including preliminary design, the fire safety compliance report, and site inspections, and issuing the Opinion of Compliance with respect to Part B of the Second Schedule of the Building Control Regulations.
