Capital Dock stands as a monumental mixed-use development in Ireland, sprawling across 4.8 acres. This impressive project boasts 370,000 sq. ft. of office space housed within three buildings, alongside 190 premium multifamily residences distributed among three additional structures, including a striking 23-story tower that serves as a prominent entrance to the city. The project has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including Residential Project of the Year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards, Building of the Year at the Building and Architect of the Year Awards, and Housing Project of the Year at the Irish Building & Design Awards.
MJP Involvement
We provided full Fire Safety Engineering and Disability Access Consultancy on this project from concept design through statutory approvals, construction and handover, making Capital Dock one of the largest projects undertaken in the state in recent times and successfully delivered under the new BCAR process.
