Google has broadened its European Headquarters on Barrow Street, Dublin, by adding the Montevetro building, the highest commercial edifice in Ireland, to its portfolio. This addition complements its main offices across the street in Gordon House and Gasworks House. Together, these buildings are merging into a cohesive headquarters campus, aiming to accommodate thousands of employees and boost Google's functional and collaborative capabilities in the area.

The expansion includes egress modelling to verify the accommodation capacity for occupants, analysis of smoke movement and fire spread in the atrium's design, and structural response modelling. These analyses are conducted to refine the fire protection measures required during the refurbishment, ensuring both safety and efficiency in the campus's development.
